Revd. Dr. Hannah Cleugh

The Chaplain and Officers

The Revd Dr Hannah Cleugh is Chaplain and Solway Fellow at University College.

She is happy to see any member of college or of the wider chapel community about any matter or problem (spiritual, personal, or practical) or just for a chat and a cup of tea.  Please do drop her an email ([email protected]) or call into her office in the Black Stairs, where she is usually to be found at most normal hours during the week!
As well as providing pastoral and spiritual support within college, she can signpost on to other faith chaplains and societies across Durham University. You can find information about faith support across the University here.

As Solway Fellow, she is a Reformation historian working on liturgy and doctrine in the post-Reformation Church of England, and often feels as though she is inhabiting her own film set.

She runs the chapel alongside the student chapel committee, who can be contacted via [email protected], and can be found in and around college most of the time. We meet regularly and are always happy to receive feedback and suggestions.
